Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Hulgan

I was born in Fort Payne and graduated from Fort Payne High School. I worked for the Heil Company before marrying Ronnie Hulgan of Valley Head. We have two children, Craig Hulgan (Ashley Hulgan) and Nicole Hulgan Callahan (Kevin Callahan). We also have four wonderful grandchildren--Kaylynn Hulgan, Noah Hulgan, Braylie Callahan, and Kenzlee Callahan. My husband and I farm and raise commercial cattle. We enjoy vacations at the beach, the Great Smoky Mountains, and spending time with our family. We also enjoy watching college football and attending/watching our grandchildren in high school sports. I began teaching at Valley Head upon graduating from Jacksonville State University. In my 26 years at VHS, I have been cheer sponsor, SGA sponsor, PTO and Athletic Club officer, and currently Varsity Softball Coach. I have no recent plans to retire as I LOVE TEACHING!! While it has its challenges, it is and continues to be a very rewarding career. GO VHS TIGERS!!!! **ROLL TIDE**
